Part A polyurethane system for air filter is composed of hyperactive polyether polyols, cross linking agent, compound catalyst and so on. Part B is modified isocyanate, and it is micro-pore elastomer which adopts cold molding. It has excellent mechanical and anti-fatigue property. Also, with short production cycle, high efficiency and low energy consumption. So, it is widely applied to manufacture air filter cores of cores of cars, ships, construction machinery, generator and other internal combustion machinery’s.

Instructions:
1. Material-A should stirred evenly with plastic hand electric drill, material-B can shake, before used.
2. Open the electrocaloric plate temperature to 40-50 degrees, in winter material-A and material-B with a small container to preheat.
3. Wipe the mould with release agent
4. Each 1kg A add 3-6g water, also according to the local environment, such as the humidity in the air, workshop environment.
5. material-A and material-B are mixed at the mixture ratio of 100:40 ratio, then add 40% talcum powder(heavy calcium powder)(100:40:50±5), with 2800 rev / min motor to mix, mixing time determined by the amount of adhesive, per 100g of adhesive is approximately 7-10 seconds .
6. Pour the Mixed liquid into mould, then put the paper element and give a little pressure on it. 8-15 minutes later you can bring the mould down.
Notes:
1, Keep in airproof, cool and dry place. Inner plunger and outer cover should be tightly covered. Or glue stock will absorb water in air and affect using effects.
2, Material-A or material-B could be used normally in the temperature of 25℃, if the temperature is too high or too low will affect the results. Must use artificial means to cool down or heat up the temperature.
3, Brushing the mould with release agent before pouring the adhesive into the mould, after the release agent dry then pour the adhesive.

2. Material-A and material-B are mixed at the mixture ratio of 100:25 and the best work temperature is 28°C
3. The material’s temperature should be controlled 24°C-28°C then you can start operation
4. Brushing the Mold with release agent before using the mould (notice: the new plastic mould can be wiped free)
5. If the response is inadequate, please measure the ratio material-A and material-B.

Notes:

Instruction:
1. Using electric hand drill to stir A well
2. Wiping the injection mould with release agent
3. Mixing A and B with the ratio A: B=100:30
4. Mixing well the adhesive, then pouring it to injection mould
5. Insert the paper filter, and then give a little pressure
6. After 7-10 minutes can demould.
